CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ALLIANCE SC U9 BOYS!
CHAMPIONS AT THE 2008 SIDNEY MAYFEST!
The Alliance SC U9 boys came home as the champions at the Sidney Mayfest Tournament. They won all three of their preliminary games by a combined score of 15-8. The final was rained out, and they were declared champions because they were the only team to go undefeated in their group. CONGRATULATIONS, BOYS! We're all proud of you!!
Alliance Soccer Club Mission
The mission of The Alliance Soccer Club is to provide boys and girls in and around the Reynoldsburg area the opportunity to develop individual and team soccer skills to their fullest potential through expert training and excellent team competition.
Our focus is on total player development in a competitive team environment. The club will address the technical, tactical, physical and psychological components of the game when training to ensure the best experience for each player. We endeavor to help our members develop into outstanding players who will excel in high school, Olympic Development and college programs. The success of the club is seen in the success of its teams in league and tournament competition and by the success of its players at the club, high school, and college levels.
The Alliance Soccer Club offers an extraordinary value in club soccer. The club is able to provide an exceptional experience at a reasonable cost through the volunteer support of its members. In addition, scholarships are available for families with financial need.
Our Director of Trainers, Matt Knorr, selects and oversees the staff of trainers who provide soccer instruction to all of the Alliance SC teams.
ASC teams (U-9 to U-14) compete in the Mid-Ohio Select Soccer League (MOSSL). Our older teams (U15 and above) compete in either MOSSL or the Buckeye Premier Youth Soccer League (BPYSL). Our teams also play in numerous tournament in the state of Ohio and beyond.
The Alliance SC is sponsored by the Reynoldsburg
Soccer Association (RSA). RSA provides the organizational structure for select soccer teams in
South Eastern Franklin County. RSA is a member league in
MOSSL, in
addition to being a member of the Ohio South Youth
Soccer Association (OSYSA),
which is affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).
