Player Fees

*IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PLAYER FEES:

  • Teams compete in either the Mid-Ohio Select Soccer League (MOSSL) or Buckeye Premier Youth Soccer League (BPYSL). If a team qualifies for BPYSL, there will be an additional $100 per player fee to cover the higher registration costs for that league.
  • Teams may elect to participate in additional competitions (e.g. indoor rec leagues in the winter, additional tournaments). If your team does, additional fees are collected by the team administrator to cover those costs.
  • U15 and above players often play for their high school during the fall season. Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) rules do not allow players to compete on both a club and school team during the same season, they also do not allow more than 5 players from the same school to compete on a team in the off season. If we have enough players to form a U15+ team in the fall, we will - players may compete with a different team in the spring when school team players are available.
  • $200 Deposit (U9 and above) - At the time you are offered and commit to the team, a $200 non-refundable deposit is collected. During the year each family will have an opportunity to volunteer at the Civic Park concession stand - typically 2-3 times in the fall and again in the spring. In addition, families are expected to assist at club hosted tournaments (typically one per year), this usually requires volunteering during the week of the tournament to prepare, and volunteering to staff the event as well. If families meet the volunteer commitment they will receive a $200 credit to their account.
  • Payment can be made in full at any time, 50% is due August 1st, 100% due on March 1st. We also provide an automatic withdrawal payment plan which splits the fees into 10 equal payments from August 1st through May 1st, this plan has a $2 per payment service fee added at the time each payment is made.
  • Uniforms
    • Players purchase their home and away uniforms through the club, each consisting of a short sleeve jersey, shorts, and socks. Orders are made twice a year, during player registration in early summer and over the winter break. Players may use the same uniform from season to season provided it fits properly and appears well maintained.
    • Individually players should purchase an all-black pair of soccer/athletic pants and an all-black long sleeve shirt to wear under their uniform during cold games.
    • Goalkeepers will need to provide their own goal jersey and gloves; the jersey should be easily distinguished from both the home and away uniform.
    • Optional warm-up suits and other spirit wear (sweatshirts, jackets, bags, etc.) are available with the Alliance logo from our vendor, see the resources page of our website or your team admin if you are interested.
